We are in the heart of downtown Portland in the historic arts district where you will be within walking distance of many great restaurants, scenic views and historic neighborhoods. Skyline 138 is a five-minute walk from the Western Prom, Portland Farmer’s Market, Portland Museum of Art, Several Music Venues, many acclaimed restaurants, and Maine Medical Center. Additionally, you will be a 15-minute walk from the Old Port.

We are located in an area of downtown with free street parking. Spaces are generally abundant before 5pm. As it gets later, parking becomes more limited. Off street spaces can generally be made available for $25/night on a first come first serve basis.
