Who we are. Everrow Property (“we,” “us”) operates everrowproperty.com and everrow.holidayfuture.com.
What we collect. Contact details (name, email, phone), booking details, communications with us, device/usage data (including cookies/SDKs), and, if you opt in, marketing preferences.
How we use data. To provide and improve stays and services, process bookings/payments, prevent fraud, communicate about reservations or offers, and comply with law.
Sharing. We share personal information with service providers necessary to operate our services (such as hosting, payment processing, cleaning coordination, and maintenance services). No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Your choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. For SMS messaging, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance (see SMS Terms).
SMS Communications. If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS messages from Everrow Property, we may send messages related to your reservation, property access details, maintenance coordination, customer support, or occasional service updates. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Guest data from booking platforms. When you book an Everrow property through Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, we collect your name and phone number from those platforms. Phone numbers are used solely to communicate about your stay — including check-in/check-out details, property questions, and maintenance coordination. We do not sell or share guest data with third parties for marketing purposes. Guest data is retained only for the duration of your stay and a reasonable period after. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@everrowproperty.com.
California residents. You have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale/share of personal information, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. Use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link or email info@everrowproperty.com. We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals on supported browsers.
Do Not Track (CalOPPA). We disclose how we respond: GPC is honored; other DNT signals may not be recognized by all systems.
Data retention & security. We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it; we use reasonable safeguards.
