Just steps away from seven miles of sand and surf, this air conditioned studio suite sleeps two people. Full size bed with pillowtop mattress, kitchenette and bathroom. Private front porch w/ ocean views, that overlooks the courtyard. Each cottage has its own picnic table & gas grill, and parking for one vehicle. Enjoy the communal fire pit, we supply the wood!
NOTE *This unit has shorter ceilings than our standalone cottages and anyone over 6′ tall may not be comfortable in all areas*

Guest has access to entire room.

Staff is available in the office every day from 9am to 5pm.

Just under a mile from the famous OOB Pier and shops, trolley picks up every 1/2 hour, local sandwich shop, that makes the BEST Lobster Rolls in Old Orchard Beach, is directly across the street!
