SPACE: Step inside to a bright, open-concept great room with huge mountain views, and a comfortable sectional perfect for gathering after a day on the mountain. The main living area includes a gas fireplace, dedicated dining space, and a well-appointed mudroom built for ski and gear storage.

The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless appliances, island seating, grill, outdoor seating, and all cookware needed for group meals. Starlink Pro 1 gig wifi, double monitor and adjustable desk and office for work from home – PS5, Youtube TV, arcade, and board games included for fun – and high end jacuzzi hot tub spa and sauna for relaxation.

Features whole home heat pump A/C, heat, and radiant heat with backup oversized generator large enough to power the entire home, sauna, all amenties, and Starlink – you’ll never go without!

ACCESS: Guests have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, mudroom, deck, yard, fire pit, sauna, spa, and parking areas. The property is exclusively yours during your stay.

In summer and fall, enjoy nearby hiking trails, swimming holes, kayaking, mountain biking, and Grafton Notch State Park.

TRANSIT: A car is required in this area. The home offers ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, including space for trucks with ski racks or trailers. Roads are well-maintained year-round, and Sunday River Road offers fast, direct access to the mountain.

In winter, we recommend AWD/4WD vehicles due to mountain conditions.
